Phonica is a new Dublin-based poetry and music venture with an emphasis on multiformity and the experimental. Conceived, curated and hosted by Christodoulos Makris and Olesya Zdorovetska, it aims to provide an outlet for the exploration and presentation of new ideas, a space where practitioners from different artforms can converse, and an environment conducive to collaborative enterprise and improvisation.

Dublin Art Book Fair + View

PosterWe are pleased to again be at this year’s Art Book Fair. The fair opens tomorrow, Wednesday 18 November, with a book signing by artist Miriam Elia (We Go to the Gallery), and continues to Sunday 22nd. As well as offering work from fifty national and international publishers, DBAF 2015 showcases individual artists’ books, and a full programme of related events. Running in conjunction with the fair is View, an arts and politics weekend. Particular highlights include  Osmosis, an exhibition and series of talks that interrogate perceptions of memory, beauty and identity, featuring gorse poetry editor Christodoulos Makris who contributes an essay to the catalogue, and New Dublin Press Presents Imagines. We hope to see you there.
